Launchpad provides a subscription-based platform offering marketing systems, automation tools, training, AI-assisted solutions, and business growth resources designed to help users launch, grow, and scale businesses.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Launchpad Services, including websites, software, CRM systems, automation tools, AI features, training materials, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Nature of Services & No Guarantee of Results

Launchpad provides tools, systems, education, and strategies.

We do not guarantee:

•       Income or financial results

•       Lead generation or sales outcomes

•       Business success of any kind

Any examples of earnings or results are illustrative only.

You acknowledge:

•       Success depends on your effort, skill, consistency, and market conditions

•       You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes

3. Account Requirement & Good Standing

Access to Launchpad and participation in any aspect of the platform — including but not limited to use of tools, training, automation features, AI solutions, affiliate or partner programs, and community resources — requires that you:

•       Hold an active APLGO account in good standing at all times

•       Remain current on all applicable APLGO account requirements and obligations

•       Comply fully with these Terms of Service and all platform policies

Good Standing Defined

Your APLGO account is considered to be in good standing when:

•       Your APLGO account is active and all requirements are current

•       No outstanding violations of these Terms exist on your account

•       Your APLGO account has not been suspended, restricted, or flagged for review

•       You are in compliance with all applicable laws, APLGO policies, and Launchpad policies

Consequences of Account Not in Good Standing

If your APLGO account falls out of good standing for any reason — including non-payment, policy violations, or suspension — you will immediately lose access to:

•       All platform tools, features, and integrations

•       Training materials, resources, and community spaces

•       Affiliate, partner, or referral programs and associated commissions

•       Sub-accounts and client accounts managed under your account

Launchpad reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that does not maintain good standing, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances warrant.

4. Accounts, Sub-Accounts, and Ownership

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members, clients, or partners.

Sub-Accounts / Client Accounts

If you create or manage sub-accounts (including client accounts):

•       Launchpad retains control of the underlying platform infrastructure

•       You are responsible for managing client relationships

•       You are responsible for all data, permissions, and access granted

Ownership Clarification

•       You own your client relationships and your proprietary content

•       Launchpad owns the platform, systems, frameworks, and infrastructure

•       Access to the platform is licensed, not sold

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any account or sub-account.

5. Authorized Users

You may grant access to others ("Authorized Users").

You are fully responsible for:

•       Their behavior

•       Their compliance

•       Any actions taken under your account

We are not liable for misuse by Authorized Users.

6. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Launchpad IP

All systems, funnels, templates, automation workflows, AI tools, branding, and training materials are the intellectual property of Launchpad.

You may:

•       Use them within your business

You may NOT:

•       Resell, sublicense, or redistribute them as standalone products

•       Copy or replicate the platform or systems

Your Content

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Launchpad a limited license to:

•       Host

•       Process

•       Display

•       Deliver functionality

7. Affiliate, Partner & Non-Circumvention

Non-Circumvention

You agree NOT to:

•       Bypass Launchpad to directly replicate or extract value from its systems

•       Solicit or recruit Launchpad users, partners, or clients into competing platforms

Partner Protection

If you are part of a partner, affiliate, or referral structure:

•       You agree not to interfere with or reassign relationships outside of Launchpad systems

Violation may result in:

•       Immediate termination

•       Forfeiture of commissions

•       Legal action if applicable

8. Marketing, Compliance & Ethical Use

You are solely responsible for your marketing activities.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

•       Anti-spam laws (CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.) depending on user jurisdiction

•       Data protection and privacy laws

•       Advertising standards

You may NOT:

•       Send unsolicited messages without proper consent

•       Make false or misleading claims

•       Use deceptive income claims

•       Misrepresent Launchpad or its services

We reserve the right to:

•       Monitor usage

•       Suspend accounts

•       Remove access for non-compliance

9. AI, Automation & Messaging Compliance

Launchpad may provide AI-powered tools and automation features.

You acknowledge:

•       AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate

•       You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use

You agree NOT to:

•       Use AI to generate misleading, harmful, or unlawful content

•       Use automation for spam, harassment, or manipulation

You assume full responsibility for:

•       All communications sent using our systems

10. Subscriptions, Billing & Access

Subscription Model

•       Services are billed in advance

•       Add-on services are billed as they are used

•       Monthly or annual plans

•       Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Payment Authorization

You authorize Launchpad to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Failure to Pay

If payment fails:

•       Access may be suspended immediately

•       Data may be restricted or deleted

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from non-payment.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited to 14 days from:

•       Initial purchase

•       Renewal

•       Upgrade

After this period:

•       All payments are non-refundable

•       Access will continue for the remainder of the paid subscription period

12. Platform Availability & Modifications

We may:

•       Modify or update features

•       Add or remove functionality

•       Discontinue parts of the Service

We are not liable for:

•       Interruptions

•       Downtime

•       Feature changes

13. Third-Party Services

Launchpad integrates with third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

•       Data practices

14. Data Responsibility & Risk

You are responsible for:

•       Backing up your data

•       Maintaining your records

We are not liable for:

•       Data loss

•       Data corruption

•       Unauthorized access due to your actions

15. Termination & Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

•       Violate these Terms

•       Engage in unethical or unlawful behavior

•       Harm the platform or other users

Upon termination:

•       Access is revoked

•       Data may be deleted after a reasonable time

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

•       Accuracy

•       Reliability

•       Business success

Use at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launchpad is not liable for:

•       Indirect or consequential damages

•       Loss of revenue, profits, or business

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior billing cycle.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Launchpad harmless from any claims arising from:

•       Your use of the Services

•       Your marketing or business activities

•       Your violation of laws or these Terms

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:

•       Cyberattacks

•       Infrastructure failures

•       Government actions

•       Natural disasters

•       Acts of war or terrorism

20. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution before legal action.
